Cancel the program calls related to Mevlana and Project-Based Mevlana

It was decided by the Turkish Higher Education Council to cancel the  program calls   related to Foreign Language Education, Mevlana, and Project-Based Mevlana programs  for 2020-2021 period due to Covid-19 pandemic.
